Bookings
Pricing on this site is current at time of publishing and subject to change. Larger bookings (gym sessions, editorial shoots) are confirmed under an individual agreement covering scope, payment, and delivery. Comp coverage follows the pricing published here at time of booking.
Payment
Payment is processed via Square. For per-match/day coverage, payment is due on delivery of your gallery. For gym and editorial sessions, a deposit is typically required to confirm the booking.
Image ownership and usage
I retain copyright over all images. Once paid for, you're free to use, print, and share your photos. I retain the right to use images in my own portfolio and marketing unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellations
Cancellation terms vary by booking type and are confirmed at the time of booking. Deposits on larger sessions are generally non-refundable once work has begun.
Liability
My liability under any booking is limited to the amount paid for that booking. I'm not liable for circumstances outside reasonable control (venue issues, equipment failure with reasonable backup measures taken, participant behavior on the day).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
